My task was to create a complex board game on an exciting topic. Black holes and their reputation for hungrily devouring all matter around them have always fascinated me.

The challenge I set myself was to develop an aesthetically pleasing design that combines a geometric, minimalist design language with functionality. All elements on each card reflect the number it represents. The more special the action on the card, the more detailed the design elements. The game board is intended to appear mystical and elegant and was made as a 3D model in Blender. A rotating element gives the game more interactivity.

SUBMISSION FOR THE OKTOBERFEST POSTER COMPETITION 2024

My submission to what is probably Munich's best-known poster competition is full of cheerfulness and imagination. The aim was to reinterpret the joy of the Oktoberfest with well-known motifs through an intricate illustration. A pretty Dirndl dances with a shoe flap on a huge Oktoberfest pretzel carousel. Wiesngaudi and Wiesn madness in one. I created the illustration in Procreate. The Oktoberfest logo was created by the City of Munich and they own the rights to it. Although my submission didn't win, the poster was still well received and got positive feedback from various people and groups
